After five minutes the game glitches

After playing Minecraft pocket version 0.8.1 Alpha for five minutes the game glitches and i cant control the view and can't do anything in it and when I close out of the game it opens up random files and apps and have trouble closing out of the apps and I have to turn off My iPad for everything to work again.
