statues issue in the game

Hi,
i have minecraft pocket edition on Motorola xoom tablet. I am not sure about the version number but the issue is below.

In mine-craft survival, when i join games some times there are statues of me where i die. I can't collect anything and sometimes the other player can't see me.

I mean this happens to me every-time i Play survival and join games.
