Hunger bar not working (RTX BETA)

Hunger mechanic doesn't work at all in RTX Beta. Cheats disabled. Running survival Normal and Hard with and without RTX Graphics Enhancements. The hunger bar won't move from full even if I take damage or jump 100 times.
