Skeleton Item Pickup Bug

Skeletons will sometimes spawn in the nether (haven't seen thus far in overworld) without a bow. Only some skeletons (similar to how zombies work) will pick up items. If they have a bow, they will drop it with full durability (making this exploitable), and pick up the sword. They will also pick up a new sword if it is better than what they have.
