I can't leave RTX Beta

I have unenrolled from the beta by following the steps given, but when I reinstalled Minecraft it was still in Beta mode so I tried again and I had the same issue. Five tries later I am getting mad and was hoping that there is a fix or atleast a way to play with my friends who did not join the Beta.
