Skins not loading

When i downloaded the newest minercraft Version 1.14.6 and downloaded a skin pack i couldn`t change my minecraft skin
I alredy tryed deleting the skin pack
And when i am on a world realm or server and open my skin packs and relise that i can`t change my skin and try to leave the menu it doesn`t let me it says that i have an invalid skin
