RTX Beta doesn't work with SLI

RTX Beta will not start with SLI enabled in windows. If SLI mode is disabled, the RTX win 10 beta will start and run. With SLI enabled the application crashes and will not load.

using two RTX 2070 super through an nvidia nvlink bridge.
