Water Texture Glitch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stand in surface of the water
2. Let yourself sink slowly.

Observed Results:
When you are sinking into water, the texture of the water quickly becomes transparent and soon returns to normal.

Expected Results:
The water shouldn't have this texture glitch, but should have a smoother transition.
