RTX turns all blocks black?

I've checked 3 of the new RTX worlds, whenever I play them, all the blocks and mobs are black. Torch particles seem to work, and world lighting works just fine, but I can't see anything. Turning RTX off reverts the issues, as seen in the attachment. I have 16 GB ram, GeForce RTX2070, and i7-9700k, so performance shouldn't be my issue.
