when entering the nether minecraft closes

in survival and in creative I create a portal to the nether and when I enter it appears: loading terrain and entering the nether in less than 1 second the game closes. I re-enter the game and my world and appear a few blocks away from the portal and if I try again, it kicks me out again and I'm already desperate
