Light not Emitted from Certain Blocks

Blocks that are supposed to give off light do not while Ray-tracing is turned on. Lava also does not give off light. The result is the same regardless of what the settings are. This happens on any of the Ray-tracing resource packs that were made available from https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/guides/minecraft-rtx-texturing-guide/.
