Minecraft Windows 10 Edition "Error Number -9"

Hello,

I've come across a problem many face, which is the "error number -9". the error disables the use of marketplace because as it states "There is an error with your account. You will be Unable to use the Marketplace until we have resolved the issue. if this issue persists for several days please contact support" it does not give me any solutions when prompted with the error, besides to contact support.
