Lighting issues in the Game when Entering or Leaving another Dimension

This issue affects the visual of the player and lighting in the game.

After I leave the End dimension, I had a night vision effect, even though I did not drink a potion for a night vision. I can also see the underwater clearly (like the night vision effect).

When I entered End, It is so dark, it is like when it's night in the overworld. That's not how End produces the lighting. I can only see a light that is emitted from the torches and I can also see Enderman's eyes and particles. (Note: The texture pack that I have been using for so long did not cause this because when I removed the texture pack, still these issue happened again).

It seems like it switches light in the End and Overworld sometimes.
