Unable to select upscaling in new RTX beta

Unable to select upscaling, it is grayed out. If I try to do it from settings in the main page, it has an information saying it can only be enabled in a RTX world. If I start a RTX world (official NVIDIA ones), it is still grayed out, but no information why it is grayed out.

 

Tested in both 1080p and 2k resolution, full screen and windowed mode.
