Kind of undescribable but looks like you entered another Dimension

Happened when I left Colors, Lighting and Shadows RTX map and joined a different map. The complication now happens on every other NVIDIA map. Im not sure how to explain it so Ill let the video explain. What ever is going on on stops when im in the resume menu and spreads out again when playing.
