I can't play on realme servers

I can't play on my friend's realme server, I get on the server and I can move normally, but for them my character is standing on the map, on my screen I move but I can't break blocks and only load part of the map

Ps: for all the server works normally, I tried to uninstall, clean the data and install again several times. I can't interact with the game, I'm like a ghost who can't do anything
