Game crashes on launch

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but every time I launch it, The screen just gets past the Mojang splash screen then it goes black then it hard crashes the game.

I have the latest windows updates and the lastest Nvidia driver. im using the Nvidia RTX 2070.
I have a threadripper CPU and 16 Gb of RAM.

tried to attach the crash log but it was too big.
