Windows Key Generator not working (I own Minecraft Java edition since 2013 so i should be allowed to get Bedrock for free)

Well I own Minecraft since 2013 and wanted to check out the RTX Beta, only to find out that there arent any keys left for a while, which i find hard to believe since there should be like what 36^25 available keys (integers and characters and 25 length)
