Am unable to get the free version of any RTX world. It opens my minecraft for windows then just get stuck in the opening screen.

I click the link to get the free RTX world link it brings me to minecraft marketplace where i am prompted to get this item. I click it and it opens minecraft and stays on the Mojang screen before the program closes.
