When in multiplayer mode (Cross platform and on mobile) Minecraft will switch players skins and shortly kicj everyone but host out of the game.

When my sisters and I, or my friends are trying to play Minecraft together, whether it's cross platform or on Pocket Edition, it will switch our skins and kick us out. It has done this for a while now and at first I thought it was just the internet until I kept having the same problems no matter what internet I was connected to.
