Maps Flickering constantly

When looking at maps, either from your inventory or if they are on an item frame, the maps will flicker constantly. This happens with or without DirectX Ray Tracing enabled.

I noticed this issue on the map Crystal Palace RTX.

CPU: Intel Core i5-7600k

RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2400

GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2070 Super (Driver Version: 26.21.14.4587)
