Fortune 3 doesn't work anymore in the latest beta update 1.16.0.57

I just updated my mcpe app and i had a stack of quartz oree which i then mined with fortune 3 and i got the exact same amount back same thing for coal and i dont think that's a new update so please fix this bug otherwise life is gonna get hard
