Fire does not spread.

After creating a world I realised that when lighting a tree on fire, the fire does not spread whatsoever, fire spread is enabled and difficulty is set to hard. It also doesn't seem to burn out, it just sits there as if its on netherrack.

Edit: It also does not get extinguished by rain, the fire really do be vibing tho.
