Crafting quartz bricks only gives 1 block back instead of 4

When crafting quartz blocks into quartz brick, they only give 1 block back instead of 4.

I checked on Java to make sure this was intended or not but it appears to not be intended. On Java you get the 4 blocks back instead of just 1.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain 4 quartz blocks
2. Craft quartz bricks by placing the quartz blocks in a 2x2 square in the crafting grid

Observed Results:
You only get 1 quartz brick.

Expected Results:
You should get 4 quartz bricks.
