New music cannot be heard on mobile devices

Update
For those still had an issue with the music packs, follow the workaround steps:

• Go to the folder: storage/games/com.mojang/resource_packs/music/
• Copy the vanilla_music folder, and move it to the resource_packs folder
• Delete the music folder

When I downloaded the music in the Marketplace, I couldn't hear the new sounds and the new music disk.
