Minecraft crashes after downloading realm, during import

I have a 365MB realm. I start a download of the realm, "Downloading World" completes, and Minecraft crashes during "Importing World" after about 35-40 seconds, going to black screen with very descriptive message "The software was closed because an error occurred."

Backups and cloud are turned off. I have plenty of space. I've reinstalled, moved from card to sys mem and back, deleted all worlds/packs/cache. 1.14.6 fixed an issue where it would tell me I was out of space 90% of the time when trying to download, but would still give me this error when it would download. Now I can download every time, but this error always happens.
