Marketplace/Character editor still not working after hotfix update

The hotfix update description said the fixes included fixing the marketplace not working properly, but I still get an endless loading icons in the character editor, and maps/other minecraft store items fail to download. 

Logging in and out of my microsoft account and restarting my PS4 did not fix the issue.
