Respawn anchor charge sounds near Piglin bastion

I am near a Piglin bastion and I am hearing Respawn Anchor charge sounds (block.respawn_anchor.charge) seemingly randomly. I can't locate the origin of the sound as there is no subtitles in this version of Minecraft, but it doesn't seem to stay in one spot.
