the skins i had got deleted

a while ago i went on my profile to add skins .. i made them and saved them ect ... a bit later it said couldn't load skin 5 .. when i clicked on my profile all the other skins were deleted .. so please can you fix this so it don't happen to anyone else . Thanks!
