Fire burns on the new nether planks (eg Crimson planks)

Repro Steps:

1. Use a flint and steel on the new nether planks (eg Crimson planks)
2. Compare how long the fire burns, to Java

 
Observed Results:
In Bedrock the fire burns indefinitely.
 
In Java, the fire goes out after a while.

Expected Results:
Vanilla Parity
