Can't text a normal number

I was going to make a normal game. Using scoreboard and other commands. And after I make the numberless command. I want to make a command using number. Well its a normal number. Suddenly I was going mad cause I can't text a normal number! And I was think that maybe the/this number could be work (¹²³). I try and suddenly it can't. I was mad! Why? Why? Why?!?! I CANTCANT?!?!?!
