Smithing table sound not playing while using

When I use a smithing table to convert diamond to netherite, the usage sound does not play.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place diamond armor and a netherite ingot into a smithing table
2. Upgrade the armor to netherite

Observed Results:
No sound is played.

Expected Results:
A sound should play, just like in Java Edition.
