Dinosaur Age World Wont Make New World

(First time posting sorry for anything incorrect) Once I hit, "Create this World!" On my ps4 it goes into Initiating World Template and then suddenly kicks me back to where I can select to make the world again. Its been doing it for awhile and I thought I could wait for it to fix but it hasn't. I only got to play with it once before deleting it and since the world wont make, you already know. Can you help me please?
