small bugs and wishes in?for latest update

ive got the latest beta 1.16.0.55 and found some bugs:

1. swimming animation looks weird
2. target block doesnt emit a level more than 10 even if its in the centre

besides this i want to ask:

1. when will you add striders, lodestones and other new blocks to the game?
2. is the camera still obtainable in edu edition?
