Worlds getting corrupted for no reason

I don't know how or why this is happening, but I keep losing my important worlds due to corruption. Sometimes they corrupt because of the game crashing, or other times literally all I have to do is restart Minecraft then it gets corrupted. Honestly, this version is so ridiculous.
