MCPE-68780

The fortune 3 pickaxe is not working. When I try mining coal it always show only one coal and diamond I feel frustrated for not getting more diamonds with fortune 3 pickaxe pls fix this.

Fortune 3 Pickaxe (Beta)

Diamond 8 = 8
Coal 10 = 10

Before beta

Diamond 8 = 16
Coal 10 = 24
