Scaffolding and sweet berry bushes cannot be broken instantly in Survival

Some blocks that are supposed to break instantly, without any tools, take unexpectedly long to break.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place down some Sweet Berry Bush and Scaffolding blocks.
2. Break them with a bare hand.

Expected result:

They break instantly.

Observed result:

• Sweet Berry Bush at the first growth stage breaks instantly (correct), but at any other stages it doesn't. (incorrect)
• Scaffolding breaks instantly with a golden or better axes (correct), but with any other tools it doesn't. (incorrect)

Sweet Berry Bush - Supposed to break instantly

Scaffolding - supposed to break instantly

Bamboo - supposed to break slower, but instantly break with a sword. (Fixed)
