The hotbar is uncentered

I have added a json file to recommend a change

From at least version 1.9.0 and possibly earlier (from analysing youtube videos of minecraft), the hotbar has been uncentred in both classic and pocket GUI styles. The GUI position of the hotbar is the problem, and not the actual textures. In relation to the centre of the screen, and to the other GUI elements (health, armour, saturation), the hotbar is positioned one 2d texture pixel to the left
