The World are damaged

I have an app from which I download maps and add-ons. About 2 weeks ago I downloaded and opened a map. It opened without any problems. I walked in and found myself in the Void. I got creative and realized that there were about 50 chunks missing. I reloaded a map and found the same problem. I downloaded 10 maps and 7 had this problem.
