An issue with opening the game on the Android platform

Hi Mojang,

     I have Allview x4 soul infinity plus, 6RAM, 64ROM, Android 7.1.1. Your game does not let me access the application on stable or beta versions. Rarely when I get into the game, and I don't know the reason. It does not stop forced, nothing. If I press very often on the application, it is difficult to enter the game. This has been happening for some time, I don't have a clear version of the game that shows when this happens to me, but it also happens on the latest versions published on the Google store.
