I cannot start the game due to user synchronization

Good afternoon, excuse me, but when I try to start the game it appears to me synchronizing user data and it stays like this and if I cancel it, the screen only stays spinning and won't let me move anything, when I start the game with other accounts if I lets start minecraft but not with mine and it doesn't let anything move.
