Spawning into a world in a different place then where you last saved and exited.

Spawning in to a location that is not where you were when you last saved and exited. There have several instances of differing severity, some simply spawning a few blocks away from where I last exited, to spawning underground in the middle of blocks and taking damage, and today where I spawned under the map and immediately died, losing all of my enchanted netherite armor. Would love to have this fixed.
