I want to leave the beta version of minecraft

I don´t know how, but I want to leave the beta versión of minecraft, because i cant play with my Friends on realms, and i dont want to be a beta tester, i searched in a lot of pages and videos how to leave the beta versions, but not work it!!!! i really need your help… my english isn´t Good sorry...
