99+ duplication bug was not fixed in 0.8.1

I made a bug report on this a couple months ago and it was labeled as a duplicate and I looked at the original report and it said that the bug was resolved but it isn't. This bug is still active in 0.8.1. I have and android tablet and a iphone 4 user joined the game. When I killed the iphone 4 user anything in his had gets duplicated to 99+. There are other ways this is happening, if you disconnect and rejoin whatever was in your hand when you disconnected will get duplicated. This happens with a iphone 4, a galaxy s4, a android tablet, and an iphone 5.
