Diving into the water makes the screen hangs and twitch.

I was just starting to play v1.16.0.55 because there's the nether update but when I started to play and dove onto the water, my screen hangs and twitches until I rose up by clicking up button. 

Steps on recreating the bug:

1. Open the game.
2. Find at least 2 blocks high water source
3. Press down button until you sank unto the water.
