Being in chest and putting item in while holding makes one more item on other side of chest. In picture there is 7 coal and I'm still holding the screen

What I expected to happen was...:
Simply put in chest with even still holding

What actually happened was...:
Holding the item to put in chest made another piece appear on the other side of the chest (my inventory). It's not necessarily duplicating it, but it's just there

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stop holding
2. Exit chest
3. Have normal number
