Redstone remains powered

Was fixed when I simply removed the repeater. Placed it again and powered it again, and the same bug/result happened as at first.

Red stone issue where when I made a circuit including a redstone repeater, the circuit maintained its power even after I removed the power source and powered surrounding parts of the redstone machine that were connected.
