Mob has Increased attack range in boats

When a mob enters a boat it can hit you from a greater range, this is most noticeable with the Ravager, I shot it while it was in a boat from 40+ blocks away and it was able to kill me, even when out of view. The ravager got in a boat during a raid in survival to specify
