Mobs Spin In A Circle/Stand Still When They Are On Soul Sand

Greetings Sir/Mam

The Summary:-

Any mob walks on soul sand, they stand still or does a full 360.

How To Reproduce:-

Step 1:- Go to the Nether.

Step 2:- Find Soul Sand Valley Biome.

Step 3:- Place any mob on 'Soul Sand' (Enderman, skeleton, zombie, piglins, hoglins, zombified piglins.)

Observed Results:-

The mobs stand still or perform a full 360 when they are on soul sand.

Expected Results:-

The mobs should walk slow on Soul Sand like a player.
