Inconcistency showing of Pan Cape in LAN server

what happened was I equipped the Pan Cape while on a LAN server and on my screen I had the cape without armor even though I was wearing full iron armor with golden boots. Yet on the other player's screen, I had the armor and no cape. I also had it happen when I left the app and entered directly back into the game
